How to quit a job you just started?
Things don’t turn out the way it should be. You might have just landed your dream job, but some discrepancies might lead to unwanted circumstances. You might be feeling stuck up in a place where you thought that your career might progress. Getting out of such a place has to be carried out in a very tactful manner so as not to break any decorum and formal procedures.
Doing such a thing should be thought over to avoid any kind future embarrassment if you happen to return to the same place. These things should be done considering a concrete engagement in a company. It shouldn’t be done out of emotions or being under someone’s influence. The decisions should be solely based on your judgement. If you do carry on with it, then here are some ways in which you can convey your message to your boss.
- You don’t want to lose out on your colleagues as they can prove valuable contacts of something doesn’t come up for you. Convey them the message personally and then also to your boss in the same manner. There shouldn’t be any room left for hatred or ignorance as this might cause problems in the future.
- Be honest in your resignation letter and give proper reasons for it. Be true and show them their faults as this might help them in improving themselves. Also, apologize for the sudden resignation that you gave.
- It’s better not to provide them with an immediate resignation letter, instead, give it at such a time which will give the management some time to hire and train employees at your position.
These are the points which should be kept in mind while giving in such a sudden resignation. Let’s take a look at some of the sample of such job resignations.
Keep these letters limited to 2-3 paragraphs and maintain a formal tone in all.

Dear William,
I am writing this letter concerning my resignation from the organization's Finance Executive position, which I held for the past two years. It's disheartening for me to write such a letter as I had a great time working in this esteemed organization. I never thought I would have to draft such a letter. I learned a lot during these two years and looking forward to applying them wherever I go.
I have to be with my ailing mother as she is probably living the last few days of her life. Both the events have saddened me, but I guess that's life.
Please let me know if I can help the department in the transfer of my responsibilities after my resignation.
Thank You.
Yours Sincerely,
